How did your aspects of life changed since the coaching?: In all possible ways, especially mental urgent  support in situations I didn’t know how to react properly and could overreact and spoil everything - to look at the situations and people’s behavior from a different perspective and manage the reality by managing myself. I became more calm and peaceful. Put my own feelings and following them to the first place, that gave me feeling safe and confident in who I am, how I behave regardless who I am with

Anna: About 4 years ago I’ve found myself to be very close to a depression and in a personal crisis as I was unhappy in my marriage, having problems with my growing son, I was feeling myself unsatisfied, empty and “lost”.  Before to start one-to-one coaching with Anastasiia I’ve already tried art-therapy, yoga and meditation, group coaching which gave me many positive results, however I was looking for some more “structural” change of my personality.  

The most impactful moment: I liked a lot our mediations with visualisations and the one about my future job (I was looking for a new one) was very realistic and prophetic – my new job and the place where I’m working now are really very close to the vision I had. 

How has the coaching you received helped you achieve your personal or professional goals? How did your aspects of life changed since the coaching?: When I started coaching I was mostly focused on my personal life and a wish to develop my female energy and attraction and to find a new partner (I’ve separated two years ago). However, in the meanwhile, another necessity has become more urgent –to find a new job as I was unhappy and stressed with the one I had and I felt totally consumed by it. Considering the situation Anastasiia suggested to focus first on the career issues, so she helped me to regain my self-confidence, to realize my professional value, to get clear understanding of what job and working environment I was looking for (using also visualisation techniques). Being guided by Anastasiia I found the new job in less than two months. After that we came back to the personal issues and after just a short period, I already feel myself more confident in my “female power” and my possibility to set-up a new successful relationship.   Throughout the coaching I’ve also learnt to be more attentive to my needs and wishes and now I can “permit” myself to fulfil them and also to express my feelings and to “follow my heart”. 

In what ways did the coaching sessions exceed your expectations?: I had not expected the results so quickly as they’ve arrived.

What changes have you noticed in your mindset, behavior, or skills since starting coaching?: I became more conscious about my feelings and emotions, and I can express them easier. I’m more open with people around me and I like to socialise while before I was much more introverted and had difficulties to start new relations.   I’ve also “got acquainted” with my saboteurs and now is working on weakening them. 

How would you describe my coaching style and approach? : I think you have a natural gift to help people as you don’t give instructions or already ready solutions, you have a capacity to feel what a person needs. You always asked me the right questions that helped me to find the answers inside and therefore solutions specific for me. You made me feel comfortable to reveal to you all my thoughts, doubts and fears and to realize my value as a person and a woman. You have suggested me various practices so that I could choose those best suiting me and they work. I’m grateful that you helped me in my journey towards myself. 

I would recommend it to any person who is looking for a psychological support or personal growth. Nowadays there are many specialists, but you are a unique one and your coaching really worked for me.  

Inna: Я пришла с запросом разобраться в причине, почему иностранный мужчина пропал в коммуникации и как снова его «включить».Благодаря работе с Анастасией и рекомендациям как, что и когда лучше написать, он начал снова проявляться. Anna: I’ve completed the Energy Leadership Assessment and discussed the results with my Coach Anastasia in March 2024. It took me only half-hour to answer all the questions which were clear and easy to understand. The results were quite unexpected at the first sight, but after a detailed analysis carried-out together with Anastasia everything went on its place. The Assessment helped me to understand better myself and my strengths and weaknesses and to be more conscious about my reactions and emotions in the stressful situations. Now I’m learning how to activate various types of energy in the right moment.

Olga: Anastasia, thank you so much for today’s session. I got the best result I could ever imagine. Firstly, with your help I could come up with my products in coaching and feasible prices. I spent months thinking about it and now I feel that I have great solutions for my clients and it feels right for me!Secondly, I got clarity about next steps in marketing of my language coaching products. I must say our session had side effects. I know now what to look at when I have negative thoughts about money. I found the connection=the word “energy” that makes sense to me and helps stop my negative mind-chatter about money. Now I seem to have a plan, although at the beginning of our session I didn’t even know what my problem was. I was also shocked (in a positive way) about how well the phychologican part of our session worked. I mean the connection with my inner child. Thank you so much for helping me figure out things.
